Why we built this
Toolively was founded in 2024 to solve a persistent problem on the modern web: The Friction Gap. We noticed that every time someone needed to perform a simple task — like cropping a photo, scanning a QR code, or calculating an EMI — they were met with forced sign-ups, expensive subscriptions, or invasive tracking scripts.
We decided to build a "Swiss Army Knife" for the digital age. A platform where tools aren't just utilities, but high-performance micro-apps that run entirely in the user's browser via WebAssembly (WASM) and modern JavaScript APIs.
